OSMOTECH GmbH (formerly Georg Bergmeier), was founded by Mr. Gerhard Perleman in Freilassing, Germany. It has always been family-owned and is dedicated to the research, design, and application of moisture-proof and dehumidification technology in concrete structures, with a mission to promote healthy living environments.
Gerhard Pöhlmann,former CEO of the Bergmeier-Company was very successful during decadesin dehumidify buildings and today he is counsellor of OSMOTERRA(The predecessor of OSMOTECH ) which he considers as the legitimate successor of his work.

In response to current climate changes, OSMOTECH successfully launched a moisture-proof, dehumidifying,and anti-mold system in 2024. This system includes Wall dehumidifier and inverter air purification dehumidifier, both of which feature easy plug-and-play installation, no construction required, low noise, and energy efficiency.
